This page explains Cedora® shipping fees, delivery timeframes, delivery areas, service options, and what to expect before and on delivery day. Eligibility and fees are always confirmed at checkout based on your delivery postcode and cart contents.

Shipping fees
Free shipping areas:
Sydney Metro and Melbourne Metro, No minimum order value required.
All other locations:
Eligibility confirmed at checkout: Includes NSW regional areas, ACT, and other states.
Fee rules outside Sydney Metro and Melbourne Metro
- Orders under AUD 500 are charged a flat delivery rate of AUD 100 per order.
- Orders AUD 500 and above qualify for free shipping.
- Shipping eligibility is always confirmed at checkout. If your address qualifies for free shipping, the delivery fee will display as 0 at checkout.
Delivery timeframes
All deliveries are made from our Sydney warehouse (Smithfield, NSW). Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to courier schedules, traffic, or unforeseen delays.
- Sydney Metro: 4 to 7 business days
- Central Coast area: 6 to 11 business days
- Blue Mountains area: 6 to 11 business days
- Wollongong and Kiama area: 6 to 11 business days
- Maitland and Newcastle area: 6 to 11 business days
- Berry and Nowra area: 6 to 11 business days
- Southern Highlands area: 6 to 16 business days
- Canberra and ACT area: 6 to 16 business days (With eligible postcodes listed below)
- Melbourne Metro: 5 to 10 business days

Cedora® delivers to selected metropolitan and regional areas across Australia. Delivery availability, applicable fees, and service options are determined based on your delivery postcode.

Delivery packages:
Cedora® offers three delivery methods to suit different needs. Available options will be shown at checkout based on your delivery postcode and the products in your order.
1. Standard Delivery
- Delivery to your room of choice, including up to 3 flights of stairs (or lift access where available).
- Does not include assembly or packaging removal.
- Difficult access (stairs beyond 3 flights, no lift access, narrow hallways, restricted entry) may incur additional fees.
- Available for all eligible delivery areas.
2. Premium Delivery (Sydney Metro only)
- Includes Standard Delivery plus Assembly Service for orders that include bed frames.
- Delivery to room of choice.
- Unpacking and full assembly of bed frames.
- Packaging materials are not removed and will be left on site.
- Available exclusively within Sydney Metro.
- Only applicable to orders containing bed frame products.
3. Premium Plus Delivery (Sydney Metro only)
- Includes Standard Delivery, Assembly Service, and Packaging Removal for orders that include bed frames.
- Delivery to room of choice.
- Unpacking and full assembly of bed frames.
- Removal of all packaging materials after assembly.
- Available exclusively within Sydney Metro.
- Only applicable to orders containing bed frame products.
Important notes on delivery methods
- Premium and Premium Plus are service upgrades, not separate delivery fees.
- Standard Delivery fee (free or AUD 100) is applied first, based on postcode.
- Premium and Premium Plus Delivery services are not available outside Sydney Metro.
- Delivery method availability is automatically determined at checkout based on postcode and cart contents.
- Our delivery team is unable to remove or dispose of existing furniture.
- Customers must ensure clear access and sufficient space to safely complete delivery and assembly services.
Delivery notifications
- Our delivery partner will contact you around 2 business days before your scheduled delivery to confirm the date and provide a 3 hour delivery window (for example 9am to 12pm).
- This window is an estimate and may vary slightly due to traffic or route conditions.
- On the day of delivery, the driver will call around 30 minutes prior to arrival.
- Where available, we will notify you by email.
- If the customer is not available on the proposed delivery, the order will be rescheduled to the next available run for that delivery region, and the customer will be contacted again to confirm booking.
- If a confirmed delivery is missed, your goods will be returned to our warehouse.
- A re delivery fee will apply, typically AUD 100 to AUD 150 depending on item size and location (charged at cost from our delivery partner).
Authority to Leave
- You may authorise the delivery team to leave your order in a safe location at your property.
- Once goods are left unattended, Cedora® cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage.
- Authority to Leave is not available for Assembly Service.
Missed deliveries
- If a confirmed delivery is missed, your goods will be returned to our warehouse.
- A re delivery fee will apply, please contact our Customer Service for more information.
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without penalty.
- If our team arrives and no one is present, or access is denied, a call out or rebooking fee may apply.
Warehouse storage policy
- All orders at Cedora are required to be paid in full prior to delivery or collection.
- Once your order is ready for delivery or collection, we offer up to 21 days of complimentary storage at our warehouse.
- If delivery or pickup is not arranged within this period, storage fees will apply from day 22 onwards.
- Storage fees are calculated at AUD 25 per order per week (or part thereof) and must be settled prior to delivery.
- If you require delayed delivery, please notify us in advance.
- Extended storage may be considered on a case by case basis, subject to warehouse availability and a confirmed delivery timeframe.
Non response and unclaimed orders
If we do not receive a response from the customer after multiple contact attempts, and the order remains unclaimed beyond the complimentary storage period, we reserve the right to:
- Proceed with delivery at the earliest available date, or
- Apply ongoing storage fees in accordance with this policy, or
- In cases of prolonged non response, cancel the order and retain reasonable costs incurred, including storage and administrative fees.
Customers will be notified prior to any action being taken.
Click and Collect Policy
Prefer to pick up your order yourself? Cedora® offers Click and Collect from our Sydney warehouse. Please review the details below so your pickup is smooth and hassle free.
Save an extra 10% with Click and Collect:
If you choose to pick up your order from our Smithfield warehouse, you will receive an additional 10% discount.
This pickup saving can be combined with any other Cedora promotions currently active. The offer is part of a limited quota and may finish at any time once the allocation is reached.

Notice required:
- 1 business day - We need time to prepare your order for collection. Collection is by appointment only after you receive a pickup confirmation from Cedora®.
Collection hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 3:00pm, last pickup at 2:30pm, Monday-Friday. Closed on NSW public holidays.
What to bring
- Photo ID and order confirmation - Printed or on your phone. For security, we cannot release goods without these documents.
Before you arrive
- Please check the dimensions of your items to ensure they fit safely in your vehicle.
- Customers are responsible for bringing a suitable vehicle and any protective materials such as straps or blankets.
- Cedora® staff may assist with loading at their discretion, but cannot secure goods inside your vehicle.
On arrival
- You will be asked to sign a dispatch docket confirming that you have received the correct items in good condition.
- Once collected, responsibility for the goods transfers to you.
