Difficult access (stairs beyond 3 flights, no lift, or narrow hallways) may incur an additional fee.Assembly Service (optional – Sydney Metro only): Includes delivery, unpacking, and assembly. This service is available exclusively within Sydney Metro and is not offered in other regions. Please note:  - Delivery agent will not be able to remove any existing furniture in the property. - It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a clear pathway and reasonable space will be provided for the delivery agent to proceed with the service.  Delivery Notifications - Our delivery partner will contact you around 2 business days before your scheduled delivery to confirm the date and provide a 3-hour delivery window (e.g. 9am–12pm). - This window is an estimate and may vary slightly due to traffic or route conditions- On the day of delivery, the driver will call around 30 minutes prior to arrival.- Where available, we will notify you by email.- If the customer is not available on the proposed delivery, the order will be rescheduled to the next available run for that delivery region, and the customer will be contacted again to confirm booking.- If a confirmed delivery is missed, your goods will be returned to our warehouse. - A re-delivery fee will apply, typically AUD $100–$150 depending on item size and location. (charged at cost from our delivery partner). Authority to Leave - You may authorise the delivery team to leave your order in a safe location at your property.- Once goods are left unattended, Cedora® CANNOT accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage. Authority to Leave is not available for Assembly Service. Missed Deliveries - If a confirmed delivery is missed, your goods will be returned to our warehouse.- A re-delivery fee will apply, please contact our Customer Service for more information.- Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule without penalty.- If our team arrives and no one is present, or access is denied, a call-out or rebooking fee may apply. 30 Days Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes a piece may not suit your space or may look different from what you expected when shopping online. While we are not required by law to accept change-of-mind returns, Cedora® offers this as a goodwill promise.Return window 30 days from delivery. Full refund eligibility Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned with their original packaging materials. Important Packaging Requirement Customers are required to retain the original carton and protective packaging for the full 30-day Change of Mind return period. Returns cannot be accepted if the product cannot be safely placed back into its original carton, adequately protected, and securely sealed for return transport. Original packaging does not need to be in brand-new or perfect condition. As long as the product can be safely placed back into the carton with adequate protective materials and securely sealed for transport, it is considered acceptable.Assembled items If your item has already been assembled, Cedora® can still accept the return within 30 days. In this case, a 20% handling & refurbishment fee will apply, as additional work is required to inspect, rework, and repackage the item before it can be resold. Return pickup & freight - Metro areas: One free pickup is provided within 30 days. - Regional & Remote areas: For Change of Mind returns, customers are responsible for a flat AUD $100 return pickup fee. Cedora® will cover and manage any remaining return freight costs.Exclusions - Items Not Eligible for Change of Mind Returns The Cedora® Peace of Mind Return Policy does not apply to:- Custom-made, made-to-order, or modified products (including items altered at the customer’s request).- Clearance, ex-display, floor stock, or “as-is” items where stated at the time of purchase.- Products showing signs of excessive use, improper assembly, damage, neglect, or insufficient protection for return transport.Please note - Assembly service fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed. - If a Change of Mind return is requested after assembly, the return will follow the standard Change of Mind policy, including the 20% refurbishment fee and applicable return freight conditions. - To retain maximum flexibility, we recommend keeping the packaging until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.- Failure to retain the original packaging may result in the return being declined or additional repackaging fees being applied.- Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any eligible refund amount will be processed accordingly.To arrange a Change of Mind return, please email care@cedora.com.au with your order number and item details.
